When can I access my unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week, 365 days a year, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Drive-Up units at our Swanzey location have 24/7 access.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re never required to store with us long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Make your monthly payments online using a debit or credit card and sign-up for autopay! You can also stop by the Keene office during business hours to make a payment in-person.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
Yes, we do. Our climate-controlled units are ideal if you intend to store environmentally-sensitive items short or long-term. Items such as electronics, artwork, furniture, antiques, and family heirlooms are best stored in a climate-controlled unit.
Do you offer parking spaces?
We have outdoor parking spaces for cars, trucks, and other vehicles only for loading and unloading items.
